Forecast for Tuesday 18th of June 2019

A cold front over eastern Victoria will clear to far east this evening. A ridge will extend across Victoria on Wednesday from a high centred over the Bight. The high and ridge are expected to weaken on Thursday as an upper-level trough moves over western Victoria from the south, contracting towards the Tasman Sea during Friday. Another high will cross waters south of the Bight during Friday and Saturday, leaving Victoria in a cold southerly airflow.

Partly cloudy. Medium (50%) chance of showers near the coast, slight (30%) chance inland, becoming less likely later this evening. The chance of a thunderstorm near the Otways until early this evening. Possible hail. Winds southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h becoming light in the late evening.

Partly cloudy. Areas of morning frost about the ranges. The chance of morning fog. Medium (60%) chance of showers in the south, slight (20%) chance elsewhere. Light west to southwesterly winds. Overnight temperatures falling to between 1 and 5 with daytime temperatures reaching around 11.
